landscapes / as an idaho native from pocatello idaho, and long time resident of the scenic and inspiring wood river valley, sun valley idaho, I have become fond of the south valley and it's rivers. this work is a reflection of hours fly fishing, photographing, then going to canvas. these
scenes captivated and inspired me, not only for their simple beauty, but more specifically for the light and color changes due to time of day, month, and year. my hope is to capture and in some small way preserve these scenes and moments in time when change is always inevitable.
this work is all in private collections, commissions are happily accepted.
